Old Town Manor, historic inn and gardens, is an elegant bed and breakfast located in the heart of Key West, Florida. The property was formerly known as Eaton Lodge.

We've learned from our guests that they chose to stay with us because we do this great breakfast.  They appreciated that we go the extra mile to provide healthy and organic food without skimping on taste.  After they arrive, they realize that we care about much more than breakfast...we're Green and we didn't even know it.  We just thought it was common sense.

We are currently in a serious drought in Key West.  Because of it, we asked our guests' permission to turn over towels every other day, instead of every day.  Their response: No problem!!

We improved our guest experience by providing Pro-terra® natural bath products: Vanilla Bean bath bar, Milk & Honey facial soap, and Juniper shampoo and conditioner.   Their response: It smells soooo good!

We have the greatest housekeeping staff, but the cleaning products were awful on their skin.  So we replaced the bad stuff with Green Seal certified cleaning products.  Their response: A great big kiss on the cheek for Daniel, their manager.

We switched all bulbs from the standard incandescent to the Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) bulbs and saved money on the electric bill.  Our guests didn't even notice the difference.  My husband's response, as the man who actually pays the utility bills: Honey, i don't know what you've done, but keep doing it.

We've even switched all the paper products to EcoSoft tissues, toilet paper and paper towels.  I am not really sure who will respond to this one, but maybe our grandkids will notice the difference in the environment and thank us.
