Old Town Manor, historic inn and gardens, is an elegant bed and breakfast located in the heart of Key West, Florida. The property was formerly known as Eaton Lodge.

I was amazingly pleased with our stay at Old Town Manor! I loved the Green approach and the organic/natural breakfast was a refreshing way to start the day when on vacation! The location was incredible....we kept commenting to each other that we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! We will definitely recommend your B&B to all our friends and family.

Thank YOU, we had a really wonderful time. Everything was so cozy and personable we just loved it. Especially because Gunner was treated like a king :) and it was nice that we could have him off the leash in the courtyard and spoil him as usual.

A Great Find! The Old Town Manor is a wonderful place to relax during a stay in Key West! It is walking distance to most everything. Even though it is situated close to Duval Street, we were not bothered by any street noise. The rooms are lovely and decorated with style....lots of amenities! We received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Thanks for a great vacation!

My fiance and I were there for work and not so much for vacation; however, it is from this vantage point that I would recommend Old Town Manor as a first choice for lodging during a business visit to Key West. Centrally located in the business district, Old Town Manor was within walking distance to my place of work for the week. Staffmembers went out of their way to make sure coffee and orange juice were available for me a bit earlier than the daily start time. We were able to stay in not only the Main House, but also the Rose Lane Villas; both were outstanding in terms of accommodations, space, comfort, and convenience. The staff is professional, informative, and friendly. We plan to return to Key West, for vacation this time, and fully intend to book our reservations with Old Town Manor.

We tremendously enjoyed the Old Manor Inn and we look forward to the day when we can come back to the Keys and enjoy your establishment for more then one night. It is right by everything, yet from the tranquillity of the grounds you would swear you were miles away. The house was luxurious, the grounds spectacular, the food decadent and the location was superb. Every person we met well on your grounds, all the way down to the gentleman that was out tiling the driveway at 10 pm were courteous, kind, and pleasant. They all had cheery hello's and were willing to do anything we asked and help in anyway possible. You are doing a fabulous job. We look forward to visiting you again.

First of all, my boyfriend and I would like to thank you for your warmly welcome at your old town manor. We enjoyed our stay so much. We stayed in tamarind room no.11 and the room was so nice!! Very clean and relaxing as well as the garden. Therefore, according to us, there is nothing to change or to improve in your hotel. Also the position is fantastic, close to the center and few steps (i don't know if it is correct to say few step in english) from the beach. I really hope to go to key west again in the future.... if not, i will suggest your hotel and this fantastic place to everybody!!!

I would like to say thank you for a the great accommodations, wonderful breakfast, perfect location, and most of all the friendly welcome. My twin brother and I recently visited to celebrate our 50th birthday and Old Town Manner was the perfect place to stay -- quaint accommodations without being stuffy and 1/2 a block off Duval Street -- quiet, yet
everything in walking distance. My brother was very impressed with the place that I chose for us to stay and I must say that you met all of my expectations. I have been recommending Old Town Manner ever since our visit. Thank you again and I will be back!

We would like to thank you for one of the finest B&B experiences we have ever had. The combination of your beautiful home, food, gardens, and hospitable staff made for an unforgettable experience. We especially enjoyed the private setting of your gardens at the heart of Old Town. It was remarkable to be so close to Duval Street and yet have a very quiet beautiful setting to get away from it all. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Old Town Manor is really the perfect spot in Key West. Centrally located close to Duval Street and all those "attractions." Yet easy walking distance to the pier for sunset or watersport activities. The staff ALWAYS has a smile and truly is there to help WITH ANY problems or questions!!! Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the rooms and pool. You will love this one!!

The breakfast was very yummy and we were so glad to know that you guys truly cared about a fresh and healthy breakfast to your guests, as well about the environment. The location is great... REALLY close to all the great things Key West has to offer, the entertaining Duval Street, yet Old Town Manor was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed our room

The location was ideal for walking to all the shops, restaurants and waterfront pier in Old Town Key West. Dan was very helpful in helping us choose a lovely sunset sail and booking reservations for us. I will definitely recommend Old Town Manor to my friends and family as a great place to stay in Key West!

We had a great time in Key West while staying at Old Town Manor. The rooms were beautiful and cozy and the breakfast was impressive. We ran around the island all day, but at night it down poured with showers. We actually didn't mind staying tucked away in our quaint room while at such a popular travel destination (Key West). I highly recommend Old Town Manor. The Staff was not only helpful but very welcoming.

This was our first visit to Key West. Our stay at the Old Town Manor was more than we expected. Our room was very comfortable and every morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast of homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. From the beautiful garden patio to the relaxing pool it was wonderful. The best part was that you and Dan were so friendly and knowledgeable. Both of you gave us great recommendations on local restaurants, beaches and other local venues. You knew what we wanted. Everything was perfect. We plan on returning and will definitely stay at the Old Town Manor.
