Old Town Manor, historic inn and gardens, is an elegant bed and breakfast located in the heart of Key West, Florida. The property was formerly known as Eaton Lodge.

When I checked out of the Old Town Manor, I told Margaret to keep my room ready for me, I will be back! The Queen William room is just beautiful, and perfect. The queen size bed had lovely linens and tons of comfy pillows, both decorative and functional. The bathroom was quite large and recently remodeled. The shower is huge, there is even a place to sit. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. The supplied products are very nice, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Continental breakfast is included, I enjoyed it very much. Coffee was fresh and hot. There was cereal (hot and cold), bagels, toast, fruit spreads, peanut butter, bananas, green apples, fresh cherries, delicious homemade pastries and sweet breads and muffins. I enjoyed a guava turnover the first morning for something different. I used the pool at the sister property quite often, it is a very nice pool area and I love that there is a nice bathroom for the pool people to use, it even had AC! The bathroom was very clean and functional and appreciated. The property grounds at OTM were lovely, when I return I hope to make use of the nice porches and rocking chairs and relax with a book. I truly did not want to ever leave Old Town Manor from the second I checked in, unfortunately my trip did end and I had to go. I cannot wait to be back in the Queen William room again!!!

This is our 6th visit to Key West and we have stayed in many places over the years, We have to say that we found the staff welcoming and very helpful. We found our room very clean and fresh, included are bed linnen and towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner( delightful in smell and gorgeous texture). Breakfast is served in the kitchen, you have a wide variety of fresh local products, very scrumptious.You have a choice to eat your breakfast in or outside, I recommend you sit outside and take in the atmospshere, just relax! Would we return?...Yes we would!

We could not have asked for a better location. Old Town Manor is right off of Duval and was close to absolutely everything we wanted to do in Key West. And despite being located in such a central location, the room we stayed in was quiet and peaceful. No hint at all that we were steps away from the bars and nighlife. The staff was incredibly helpful in terms of recommending places to go or things to do in the area. They also set us up with our bike rentals, which was super easy and the bikes were brought to the B&B. I also was wanting to get a manicure and pediure during our stay. The concierge presented her recommendations to me, called several salons / spas on my behalf, and then set up my appointment for me. Perfect! We stayed in the King William room on the 2nd floor. It was absolutely adorable and tastefully decorated in character with the rest of the house. The soaps and other products they use in the bathroom are fantastic, and are dispensed in pumps rather than travel-sized bottles. The hotel itself honors "green living" and makes every attempt to honor the environment. Parking is available at $15/day in a private lot that is steps away from the hotel. Can't say enough great things. We would definitely choose to stay with the Old Town Manor in the future.

Cannot say enough glorifying things about this place! It was my first time in Key West and my first time staying at a B&B and these people made me feel like I was right at home. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean and organized. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were to die for. Organic and eco friendly as well!!! I will ONLY stay at Old Town Manor upon revisiting Key West! Great value and perfect location. Check it out!!!

This was our first time staying at the Manor. So cute and in an amazing location! Just a half a block from the action on Duval St yet not very noisy at all. Stayed in the King William room just off the front porch. The bed was firm yet comfy, the bathroom was recently remodeled and it the AC kept it cold! I cannot say enough about the staff. Nice, accommodating, laid-back and best of all, helpful!

We stayed at Old Town Manor the 2nd and 3rd week of May and we will stay there again when we return to Key West. The location is perfect. We were just a half block off Duval on Eaton,but it was very quiet. The courtyard is a shady tropical paradise, and we easily walked to all of our favorite places. There's a free breakfast until 10 every morning that we enjoyed on our deck along with Ms. Kitty. The room was great. There was a mini-fridge, air conditioner, ceiling fan, one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on and a gourgeous deck overlooking the courtyard. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also took time to book our excursions, set up our bike rentals, or maybe just to visit ( thanks Runi, Walter, Ann Marie, Maria, Margaret, Patty, and Jaspy, see you in a few months ). We highly recommend Old Town Manor to anyone visiting Key West.

We had a wonderful experience at Old Town Manor. We stayed with a large group of friends and it felt like we were sharing a big, beautiful house. The location was wonderful, only steps from Duval. I loved the rooms also. Each had so much character. We stayed in the King William room. It was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. They have wonderful bath products. Overall, fantastic trip and experience. The staff is OUTSTANDING!

What can i say other than a brilliant base whilst in key west, we only stayed 3 days here as we were travelling but wish we had longer, to much to see and do in the area, can't fault Old Town Manor, fanned what delicious breakfast. Would return in a flash.

A bed and breakfast in Key West, booked at the very last minute. Just wasn't sure it was the kind of place I wanted to stay at. For some reason I had this idea I needed to be in a fancy hotel on the ocean, when in reality, how much time does one actually spend in a room staring out at the water? Upon arrival/check-in, around a corner and up the staircase to the Sunset Room I went. And there it was, a bedroom with a small connecting room, a bath, and surprisingly, three verandas - which was fitting since my companion and I weren't certain what we were even doing on a trip together. Nevertheless, this is an old, quaint, well maintained hacienda that provides a lovely continental breakfast each morning along with space enough to keep your distance from whatever might be distracting you. Close enough to walk absolutely anywhere, (we never used our vehicle,) yet a constant sense of feeling you're away. Beautiful grounds and sitting areas inviting you in. Thanks for a lovely place to settle for a day or two.

Just stayed here for a few nights last week on my first trip to key west and loved it! The staff were really friendly, rooms were lovely (huge room with 2 ceiling fans and a deck!), breakfast better than you find in any chain hotels (especially the pastries from the croissants de france!) and the location couldn't be better - close enough to duval street (literally stone throwing distance!) and all the attractions but tucked away enough to be nice and quiet! I've already been raving about it to many and am threatening to book up a repeat visit for next year! Expensive, but so is everywhere in key west, it was peak season and relative to other options in the area it wasn't too bad at all! I travel a lot and I'd definitely recommend!

OMG, the staff is so sweet, attentive and just friendly. They guided me around the island. Gave great tips about things to do and see. And ways to have fun and not spend a lot of money. The property is so charming, it has a history, with that traditional southern charm, but with just a dash of Modern. All the guests who stay there almost always feel like family right away, because you are in such a intimiate setting. You can't help but make friends.

This place is a perfect location for anything you want to do in Key West. Just off Duval and about 6-8 blocks from Mallory Square. Your arrival is met with a smile and pleasant attitude. The rooms are clean and some recently renovated. It is a good value for your dollar. The morning breakfast gave you a good start to your day. Anything you need to know about Key West they will tell you or find out for you.

My husband and I traveled to Key West with a large group of friends (9 couples). This is an annual trip for this group and we have stayed all over the island. One member of our group called Old Town Manor to ask if they could accommodate a large group, they were beyond helpful in setting up arrangements for our party. We visit Key West frequently. You can not expect the same hotels in KW as you expect elsewhere, it's just not going to happen. You go to Key West for something different, it is part of the charm.

Old Town Manor is 110% KW charm. It is a block off of Duval across the street from a beautiful church. The building is classic old Key West, with large porches across the front. The rooms are spacious, especially by KW standards. The staff were beyond helpful, we had parties arriving at different times, including a very late check in. They were very informative about the area, including helping us find parking. If you have never been to KW, parking is always an issue, just be prepared.

Having the breakfast in the mornings was helpful, with such a large group it was nice to have a place to grab a bite while waiting for everyone to wake up. Breakfast was served in the courtyard, which is beautiful. It was a great area to congregate and we spent time there as a group. It would be a great place to sit with a good book for some down time on the island.

Most of the time on KW you have a choice... location vs. nice hotel. With Old Town Manor you have both. When you want to enjoy Duval Street or Mallory Square, they are a short walk away.. but when you are ready to kick back and relax the Old Town Manor is perfect. We have decided as a group that this will be our home in Key West from now on!

My son was married at Old Town Manor. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you needed you got. The rooms were very clean. The info for the area, and what to do was well informed. The breakfast they put out was amazing. Runi, Ben and Ann Marie were the best hosts. My son's wedding was so beautiful in the court yard. They decorated so beautifully with their table cloths on the tables. We stayed from Thursday to Monday. The price was right. If you want a destination wedding this is the place for you. Thank you to all of you that made the wedding memorable.

This was our first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast. It was awesome. It was so cute and cozy. The staff was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. You felt like you were at home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We forgot a very important envelope in our room and we did not realize it until halfway home. I called right away and Anne Marie went to the room, which was not occupied, and found the envelope for us. I was so thankful. She recommended UPS. Of course I called, they picked up my envelope, the charge was around $20, and it was mailed to my house. I was so happy. She was so great and helpful as were all the staff. We will definately stay here again.

The Old Town Manor is a beautiful place to stay while in Key West. My brother Tom and sister-in-law Melissa were married in Key West, and we had the most fabulous pleasure of having the reception at the Old Town Manor. Everyone was exceptional to us during our stay, and very personable. I hope I get to return to the Old Town Manor for another visit to Key West! It is truly a wonderful place to stay.

I'd like to encourage anyone traveling to Key West to stay at the Old Town Manor. It is a beautiful & fantastic place to stay. You are well taken care of & Healthy food at this Bed & Breakfast. While I like to think she said yes because of me, I’m sure your help with trip reservations to Fort Jefferson, and attention to detail during our trip helped seal the deal. You made me look like a superstar! We’ve been back every year since, and enjoy your company and hospitality. We love to bring our dog so that she can play with her friend Izzy. From the Victorian atmosphere of the rooms, to each delicious breakfast among the beautiful gardens below the palm tree canopy, every time we stay with you insures that we’ll be back to celebrate our engagement year after year. Thank you for some of the best memories we’ve made to date!

We certainly did enjoy our stay at your green, pet-friendly B&B. The accommodations were very nice, the breakfast area and meals were wonderful but most of all your staff was extraordinary. From booking the rooms, to area information, to booking excursions they were all so helpful and informative. It was like staying at your favorite cousin's home! I am including pictures of a few moments from our magical trip for you to post. My dog, Tigger, had a fabulous time being a Key West doggie and can't wait to go kayaking again!

We spent two nights in Old Town Manor after a stay in Miami and before a week in Bahamas and we loved it. Old Town Manor is a beautiful house. It's so peaceful though it's at a short walking distance from the "heart" of Key West. Staff is very nice, helpful, the breakfast in the garden is so pleasant and relaxing, the rooms are clean and welcoming. We have one regret only. It's so far from our house !!! When we live in France as we do, it's difficult to go back for a week-end only. But one day when the ferry Key West/Cuba will be open we'll return for sure....

The lush green garden setting made us feel immediately at ease. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast was amazing. Carlos was a great resource in planning our daily activities. We have stayed in lots of B&B's throughout the world. Your B&B ranks among the top. My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Old Town Manor this past weekend. The room was nice and met our expectations, and the staff made every effort to help us feel at home without being intrusive -- my complaint with most B&B's. The location could not be better. It's close to the action on Duval Street and yet feels miles away when relaxing in the room or laying by the pool. We look forward to returning in November.

We loved our room, the Tree House Villa, and immediately fell in love with the staff. We had a great time. Our room was great and nice and clean. We had enough for breakfast. It was very good. When we checked in, Carlos got us an electric car to use for a day and a half. He told us where to go and if we needed anything, just let them know. We were in the best location to be in the Keys. Right in the heart of everything. We walked all over. I was amazingly pleased with our stay at Old Town Manor! I loved the Green approach and the organic/natural breakfast was a refreshing way to start the day when on vacation! The location was incredible....we kept commenting to each other that we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! We will definitely recommend your B&B to all our friends and family.

A Great Find! The Old Town Manor is a wonderful place to relax during a stay in Key West! It is walking distance to most everything. Even though it is situated close to Duval Street, we were not bothered by any street noise. The rooms are lovely and decorated with style....lots of amenities! We received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Thanks for a great vacation!

My fiance and I were there for work and not so much for vacation; however, it is from this vantage point that I would recommend Old Town Manor as a first choice for lodging during a business visit to Key West. Centrally located in the business district, Old Town Manor was within walking distance to my place of work for the week. Staffmembers went out of their way to make sure coffee and orange juice were available for me a bit earlier than the daily start time. We were able to stay in not only the Main House, but also the Rose Lane Villas; both were outstanding in terms of accommodations, space, comfort, and convenience. The staff is professional, informative, and friendly. We plan to return to Key West, for vacation this time, and fully intend to book our reservations with Old Town Manor.

We tremendously enjoyed the Old Manor Inn and we look forward to the day when we can come back to the Keys and enjoy your establishment for more then one night. It is right by everything, yet from the tranquillity of the grounds you would swear you were miles away. The house was luxurious, the grounds spectacular, the food decadent and the location was superb. Every person we met well on your grounds, all the way down to the gentleman that was out tiling the driveway at 10 pm were courteous, kind, and pleasant. First of all, my boyfriend and I would like to thank you for your warmly welcome at your old town manor. We enjoyed our stay so much. We stayed in tamarind room no.11 and the room was so nice!! Very clean and relaxing as well as the garden. Therefore, according to us, there is nothing to change or to improve in your hotel. Also the position is fantastic, close to the center and few steps (i don't know if it is correct to say few step in english) from the beach. I really hope to go to key west again in the future.... if not, i will suggest your hotel and this fantastic place to everybody!!!

Old Town Manor is really the perfect spot in Key West. Centrally located close to Duval Street and all those "attractions." Yet easy walking distance to the pier for sunset or watersport activities. The staff ALWAYS has a smile and truly is there to help WITH ANY problems or questions!!! Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the rooms and pool. You will love this one!!

We ran around the island all day, but at night it down poured with showers. We actually didn't mind staying tucked away in our quaint room while at such a popular travel destination (Key West). This was our first visit to Key West. Our stay at the Old Town Manor was more than we expected. Our room was very comfortable and every morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast of homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. From the beautiful garden patio to the relaxing pool it was wonderful. The best part was that you and Dan were so friendly and knowledgeable. Both of you gave us great recommendations on local restaurants, beaches and other local venues. You knew what we wanted.
