Old Town Manor is the perfect place to house your guests and host your events. With its private courtyard and beautiful historic gardens to host your ceremony or reception, you can design and decorate your own destination wedding without the high cost and restrictions of hotels.
Because you are securing the whole property, the Manor becomes your own private hideaway with no limits on time, or restrictions on your events. You have the entire property at your disposal for3 nights for one flat fee.
We’ve joined forces with Michael at Conch Concierge, Key West’s best wedding planner. Included with your 3 night package is his assistance with your on-site events.

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is needed to reserve your dates and rates. A 50% payment, less the deposit, is due 90 days prior to check-in. The balance is due at check-in. If there is only one Payer, a $500 discount can be taken off the Total Package rate at the time of check-in
*Rates and policies are subject to change, and are only secured when a deposit and reservation dates are confirmed. Minimum $2,000 deposit to secure reservation and rates.
60 90 day cancellation policy. Proof of travel insurance or wedding insurance is required. Housekeeping service fee and tax are not included. A back-up plan due to inclement weather is required, since the interior of the Old Town Manor is not equipped to handle indoor events. The use of our kitchen is not permitted.

The staff at Old Town Manor was personal yet professional. They had answers for all our out of town guests' questions and helped us in the planning and organizing of our event. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is constantly updating it. The rooms were each unique, allowing our guests to decide what kind of accommodations they preferred. The breakfast was simple and delicious and the area for entertaining is exquisite. If you are looking for an elegant Keys reception, this is the place! Thank you for making Denise and David's wedding weekend a magical time for all of us. It's hard to say what was most appealing about "The OTM", as the entire group now refers to it:
- Its unmistakable Key West character.
- The very comfortable rooms, each with its own personality.
