For guests looking for a tropical garden ceremony, the Old Town Manor's historic garden provides great value. Grounds fee includes vendor recommendations, and concierge services. Not included, but can be added: champagne toast, flower petal runner, bouquet, and more!

With this package designed for up to 50 guests, the entire property is yours for 3 nights for one flat fee to cover guests' accommodations, and use of grounds for your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc. With our assistance, you can choose the right wedding planner, caterer, entertainer, florist, etc., for your taste and budget. Our "Do It Yourself" style empowers you and gives you more control to make important decisions. Additionally, our "bring your own" alcohol policy allows for an enormous cost savings over hotel wedding packages.

Oldest House Combo
Located less than 1 block from the Old Town Manor is the Oldest House in South Florida, built in 1829. For those who choose one of Key West's most valued treasures for their reception venue, we are proud to offer a discounted wedding package, priced as a blending of our Just Rooms and All Inclusive packages. The expansive lawn of the Oldest House can seat up to 120 people. Your guests can enjoy "wedding headquarters" at the Old Town Manor where they will experience breakfast each morning and attend smaller on-site events, such as the rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, welcome party, cocktail hour, or the goodbye breakfast.

- Lodging and breakfast daily for up to 32 guests for 3 nights
- Use of the Old Town Manor grounds, not including reception
- Use of our garden style tables and chairs
- Concierge services for group or individual activity bookings

All Inclusive Package terms
Host can choose any 3 consecutive dates. A 10% deposit is needed to reserve your dates and rates, and is deducted from the Event Rate. The balance of the Event Rate is divided and deducted monthly from the credit card on file. Guests can make financial arrangements for their rooms directly with Old Town Manor to cover the cost of the rooms, however the Host is ultimately responsible for the All Inclusive Package = Event Rate + Guests' Rooms. All payments are non-refundable. Rates and policies are subject to change, and are only secured when a deposit and dates are confirmed. Proof of travel insurance or wedding insurance is required. Additional charges such as resort service fee and tax are not included, as well as optional fees like linen rental, decor rental, and breakfast for non-Manor guests. An additional Incidental Deposit of $500 is added to the bill for miscellaneous charges, and may be fully or partially refunded within 1 week of check-out. A per person fee may be charged for group sizes over 50. A back-up plan due to inclement weather is recommended since the interior of the Old Town Manor is not equipped to handle indoor events. The use of our kitchen is not permitted however, a full size refrigerator and freezer are available. The Host's included 3-night stay is assigned to the Anniversary room.

Host can choose any 3 consecutive dates. Rates and policies are subject to change, and are only secured when a deposit and dates are confirmed. A deposit equivalent to a 3 night stay in the Anniversary room plus a $500 refundable Incidentals Deposit is needed to reserve your dates and rates. The Incidentals Deposit of $500 is fully or partially refunded within 1 week of check-out. Guests can make financial arrangements for their rooms directly with Old Town Manor to cover the cost of the rooms, however the Host is ultimately responsible for the Just Rooms package rate. All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation, including the Incidentals Deposit. Proof of travel insurance or wedding insurance is required. Additional charges such as resort service fee and tax are not included. The use of our kitchen is not permitted. Alcohol, food and beverage service, such as platters, kegs, beverage cases, or bar set-up, is not permitted.

We had such a wonderful, memorable time in Key West, and the 2nd best part (1st was the wedding, of course) was the William Skelton House. It was perfect!!!! Convenient location, very spacious, clean, nice private quarters and the most refreshing pool. Thank you for everything! The Old Town Manor turned out to be the most perfect venue for my wedding. I couldn't have imagined anything better! Your staff (you included) was AMAZING! There is no way I could have pulled it off without all their help…from set up (hanging all the lanterns, putting out favors, place cards, etc.) to take down there was always someone there ready to help. I am so so so happy I decided to have the reception right at the manor!As for the guests – they LOVED the accommodations and loved the fact that everything was so close. Everyone fell in love with Key West and I think it had a lot to do with the hospitality of the Manor.

The wedding was absolutely perfect...I couldn't have wished or hoped for anything more. Your property is so amazing and absolutely gorgeous. I haven't been able to stop talking about it!! Kayvan and I want to thank you and your staff for all of your help during the planning process, the wedding weekend and the wedding. Our stay at the Old Town Manor was our first B&B experience. It couldn't have been better. We are thrilled that we invited our family and friends to stay with us. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and went well above and beyond for us and of our guests. Amber did a fantastic job with check in and Carlos was AMAZINGLY helpful finding activities, rental cars, scooters and great deals for everyone. Joanie did a great job keeping our guests fed at breakfast and your newest staff member was fantastic and friendly as well. We loved having pups around too!! I could go on and on! The old Key West charm, the beautiful garden, the comfy beds. We are most definitely planning a visit for our one year anniversary...I think our friends are too.

The staff at Old Town Manor was personal yet professional. They had answers for all our out of town guests' questions and helped us in the planning and organizing of our event. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is constantly updating it. The rooms were each unique, allowing our guests to decide what kind of accommodations they preferred.
