Garden Ceremonies and Receptions
Perfect for 10-20 guests
Package rates start at $250
For guests looking for a tropical garden ceremony, the Old Town Manor's historic garden provides great value. Grounds fee includes vendor recommendations, and concierge services. Not included, but can be added: champagne toast, flower petal runner, bouquet, and more!

Our private homes with their private courtyards, gardens and pools are almost utopian for intimate wedding parties. Choose between the luxurious Heron Estate and the historic conch house William Skelton. Grounds fee includes vendor recommendations and concierge services.

If you're looking for a home base for your guests, look no further than the Old Town Manor and her sister properties. Group rates available for 10 or more guests. You can also book the entire Old Town Manor as your private headquarters and treat all of your guests to our wonderful breakfast. Please see below for package rates.

Secure the whole property of the Old Town Manor and create YOUR own private wedding with no limits on time, or restrictions on your events. You have the entire property at your disposal for 3 nights for one flat fee for your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc. With our assistance, you can choose the right caterer, entertainer, florist, etc., for your taste and budget. Our "Do It Yourself" style empowers you and gives you more control to make important decisions. Additionally, our "bring your own" alcohol policy allows for an enormous cost savings over hotel wedding packages.

All Inclusive Package terms
A 10% deposit is needed to reserve your dates and rates. Subsequent monthly payments are collected until the full balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable. Guests can contribute towards the package by assuming payment for accommodations. Rates and policies are subject to change, and are only secured when a deposit and reservation dates are confirmed. Proof of travel insurance or wedding insurance is required. Housekeeping service fee, linen rental, miscellaneous rentals, breakfast for non-Manor guests and tax are not included. An additional Incidental Deposit of $500 is added to the bill for miscellaneous charges, and may be fully or partially refunded upon check-out. A per person fee may be charged for group sizes over 50. A back-up plan due to inclement weather is recommended since the interior of the Old Town Manor is not equipped to handle indoor events. The use of our kitchen is not permitted. Rooms Only Package does not allow for on-site events on the grounds and does not include wedding assistance or coordination.

We had such a wonderful, memorable time in Key West, and the 2nd best part (1st was the wedding, of course) was the William Skelton House. It was perfect!!!! Convenient location, very spacious, clean, nice private quarters and the most refreshing pool. Thank you for everything! The accommodations at William Skelton House exceeded our expectations and sets the bar high for future family vacations!

Our guests had a great time. They were crying as much as we were. We couldn't believe that we had a place such as this to do our ceremony. The venue was phenomenal. Our wedding day and weekend was perfect in so many ways and we owe you so many thanks for taking the time to help us plan all the accommodations, reception details and decorations, and transportation to and from the ceremony back to the Manor. We have had several friends and family come up to us and tell us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. A big special thanks goes to you, your wonderful staff, and your husband for helping us make the wedding weekend unforgettable. All of our friends and family had a great time and kept talking about how lovely the Old Town Manor was and how much fun they had. The breakfasts were amazing, the rooms were clean, cozy, and cute. The Old Town Manor turned out to be the most perfect venue for my wedding. I couldn't have imagined anything better! Your staff (you included) was AMAZING! There is no way I could have pulled it off without all their help…from set up (hanging all the lanterns, putting out favors, place cards, etc.) to take down there was always someone there ready to help. I am so so so happy I decided to have the reception right at the manor!As for the guests – they LOVED the accommodations and loved the fact that everything was so close. Everyone fell in love with Key West and I think it had a lot to do with the hospitality of the Manor.

The wedding was absolutely perfect...I couldn't have wished or hoped for anything more. Your property is so amazing and absolutely gorgeous. I haven't been able to stop talking about it!! I loved how we had the entire property to ourselves and to our family and friends...It was like big sleep over. Being that close to Duval and all of the fun made it even more priceless. I really appreciate your help with all the rentals and excursions as well, it gave our guests the opportunity to relax:) I'm so sad that it is over, but excited that we had the wedding of our dreams. Kayvan and I want to thank you and your staff for all of your help during the planning process, the wedding weekend and the wedding. Our stay at the Old Town Manor was our first B&B experience. It couldn't have been better. We are thrilled that we invited our family and friends to stay with us. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and went well above and beyond for us and of our guests. Amber did a fantastic job with check in and Carlos was AMAZINGLY helpful finding activities, rental cars, scooters and great deals for everyone. Joanie did a great job keeping our guests fed at breakfast and your newest staff member was fantastic and friendly as well. We loved having pups around too!! I could go on and on! The old Key West charm, the beautiful garden, the comfy beds. We are most definitely planning a visit for our one year anniversary...I think our friends are too.

The staff at Old Town Manor was personal yet professional. They had answers for all our out of town guests' questions and helped us in the planning and organizing of our event. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is constantly updating it. The rooms were each unique, allowing our guests to decide what kind of accommodations they preferred. The breakfast was simple and delicious and the area for entertaining is exquisite. If you are looking for an elegant Keys reception, this is the place!
