Welcome to Old Town Manor
Please read these policies and guidelines in its entirety. If you have any questions, please ask before confirming your reservation. We want you to enjoy a worry-free vacation, and we strive to make that happen for you. Accepting these policies helps us help you achieve the perfect level of vacation.
Standard Rates
Rates are based on a double occupancy (2 people) except Suite William which has an occupancy of 4 people and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of one night is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made in less than 21 days.
Holidays and Special Events
Higher rates apply during special events and holidays. These events include, but are not limited to, Fantasy Fest, Christmas, New Year's, Parrothead, Hemingway Days, Sailboat Races, Powerboat races, etc. A deposit of 50% may be required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations for these events in less than 60 days results in a forfeiture of your 50% deposit. Cancellations prior to 60 days will result in a $50 to $100 cancellation fee.
Extra guests
You are welcome to bring guests to share in your Key West experience; however we require $25/night for each additional person. For holidays and special events, extra people are $50 to $100 per night. Space for extra guests is dependent on room -- not all rooms can physically accommodate extra guests. Children under 16 are not allowed. Ask about our Rose Lane Villas. if you are traveling with kids.
Discounts
Discounts are available for mid-week and full week stays. Discounts may not be available for holidays and special events.
Minimum Stays
During the Value season (May - December) a minimum 3 night weekend stay may be required for all rooms. During the High season (January to April), a 3 night weekend stay is required for all rooms.
Tax
Room rates subject to sales tax of 11.5%.
Parking
A car is not necessary in Key West, as most attractions are walking or biking distance. It is generally understood that once you arrive, you can park your car once and you won’t need it until you depart. If you are renting a car, save money by renting it as a one-way “drop-off” because there are no drop-off fees in South Florida. We offer limited parking on the premises for a fee, as well as discounted parking garage passes. Both options are first-come, first-serve.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in specific rooms to protect our guests who may suffer allergies. The pet friendly rooms include the Garden, Palm, Courtyard and Saratoga. There is a $10/day charge. All pets must be house broken, people friendly, non-aggressive, and quiet. It is NOT recommended to leave pets alone in the rooms. If you leave your pet alone in the room, housekeeping will not be able to service your room. Not to mention, they bark and disturb other guests because they will miss you.
Smoking
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, etc. is not permitted in the rooms. There is a $200 fee for smoking in the rooms. However, given the layout of the property, guests are allowed to smoke outdoors on porches, balconies and in the gardens. Please be respectful of non-smoking guests who may suffer from allergies. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Unwelcome groups
We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to bachelor/ette parties and Spring Breakers. We are a small property and are not equipped to service these events. We know first-hand the extent of potential damage even for the "well-behaved" groups regardless of gender. Should a room be reserved to host this type of event you will be asked to leave with no refund for deposit and outstanding nights.
Inclement weather
Living and visiting the Florida Keys is always under threat of bad weather. We unfortunately do not offer refunds on deposits or unused days for trips cancelled due to bad weather, regardless of a snow storm up north or a hurricane in the south. We strongly suggest using a travel insurance company for a few extra dollars to ensure peace of mind. Should bad weather interrupt your visit, we will work with you to ensure a safe and happy return trip home.
Check-in process
The front desk is open from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. and check-in is available after 3 P.M. If you are checking in after 6 P.M. or have special needs, let us know in advance. When booking your room, please provide us with your arrival times and flights.
